Who You'll Be Supporting You'll be supporting a friendly and independent lady who lives in her own home with her beloved cat and dog. She has a condition similar to Muscular Dystrophy and requires full support with daily living and clinical needs, including:

• Personal care
• PEG feeding
• Cough Assist and Ventilator use
• Ceiling track hoist for transfers
• Basic and controlled medication administration
You don't need to have done this before - full clinical training and shadowing will be provided by our in-house Registered Nurse (RGN) and Clinical Educator. She's a Disney fan, loves arts and crafts, and enjoys socialising with her friends. She's looking for someone approachable and respectful, who supports her to live life the way she chooses - with independence, humour, and heart. Important Practical Bits
• You must hold a valid driving licence
• You will drive the lady's adapted Vauxhall Caddy (small van)
• Community trips and Newcastle-based appointments are part of the role
• Female applicants only, due to personal care requirements and in line with a Genuine Occupational Requirement
