Full Job Description
- Personal care and support: Assisting with daily routines to promote comfort and wellbeing
- Companionship: Offering warmth, kindness and a friendly face
- Live-in care: Providing round-the-clock care for those who need it most
- Promoting independence: Encouraging clients to live fulfilled lives with autonomy
- Medication support: Safe, timely administration of medication
- Specialist clinical care: Supporting clients with complex needs confidently and competently
- Palliative and end-of-life care: Providing compassionate care during life's most sensitive moments
At least 6 months of paid professional care experience (or personal care experience in the UK) - Confidence supporting individuals with limited mobility
- Previous experience working with learning disabilities and Autism with behaviours that challenge
- A valid driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- The right to work in the UK
- Experience with complex care (preferred but not essential, full training provided)
- Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
- Qualities: Empathy, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork and the ability to deliver exceptional care
Pay: £13.97 to £16.69 per hour Shifts: Shifts available 24/7, working 3 to 1.
