• Provide full assessments, formulations, and evidence-based interventions to children, young people, and their families experiencing mental health difficulties.
• Manage your own caseload from referral to discharge, carrying out routine and urgent assessments and interventions with autonomy.
• Liaise with colleagues and other agencies, offering advice, information, and consultation to support joined-up care.
• Contribute to service governance activities, including research and audit where appropriate.
• Provide consultation, joint work, training, and advice to other professionals to promote the best outcomes for children and young people.
