Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a empathic and humble Night Support Worker to join the team at an Extra Care facility in Surrey. The facility is located on a beautiful and spacious grounds, providing a positive and supportive environment for our residents., As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents during the night shift. Your main duties will include assisting residents with personal care, administering medication, and ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the night.,
- Monitor and record any changes in residents' health and behavior
- Ensure the safety and security of the facility during the night shift
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Previous experience as a Support Worker is essential - Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to work night shifts on a rotational basis
