Provide empathetic guidance and support on a broad range of health-related issues to our members and their families.
Maintain our helplines supporting our members and their families covering a variety of shifts including evenings, nights and weekends.
Support members through a variety of media including telephone (both inbound and outbound calls) and email queries.
Act as a clinical expert and role model, to provide specialist knowledge and assistance. Build and maintain sound relationships.
Take an active interest in your team, department and the wider business targets and how you can personally contribute to achieve these.
Take ownership and continuously develop your professional skills, including enhancement of your clinical knowledge.

Registered Adult Nurse (RN).
Current registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC), and compliant with requirements for annual renewal and triennial revalidation.
Nursing diploma or Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in nursing, an additional qualification in midwifery would be advantageous.
Substantive post-registration experience in acute clinical nursing.
High levels of judgement, decision making and ownership.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations.
Sound relationship management capabilities.
Comfortable navigating various IT applications.
