Full Job Description
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Bank Radiographer to join our friendly and professional imaging team. You'll be supporting our high-quality imaging service, working with a variety of patients and clinical teams to deliver exceptional care. As our Radiographer, you will be:
- Performing a range of radiographic procedures to a high standard, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Operating and maintaining imaging equipment in line with professional and organisational standards.
- Working closely with radiologists, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely and accurate imaging services.
- Supporting patient care throughout the imaging process, from preparation to post-procedure advice.
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and infection control protocols.
- Maintaining accurate records in line with governance and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in a diagnostic imaging setting, ideally across a range of modalities, specifically MRI (GE experience preferred but not essential) and x-ray. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
