Full Job Description
Office Administration Assistant – Full Time
We are a busy, local law firm seeking a reliable and well-organised Office Administration Assistant to join our team full time.
Key responsibilities include:
- General office duties such as scanning, closing files and data entry
- Answering phones and greeting clients
- Opening and distribution of incoming mail & franking of outgoing mail
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies
- Taking banking as and when required and any other duties when needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency preferred)
- A professional and friendly attitude
Experience in a legal environment is helpful but not essential. Training will be provided.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: UK National Minimum Wage (rate dependent on age)
