Full Job Description
Carry out housekeeping duties to ensure work areas within the Spa are maintained to a high standard.
To reach and exceed retail targets
Additional duties to include reception cover to include takings bookings and enquires, in the absence of the receptionist.
To have a good understanding of health and safety procedures and compliance
Attend internal/external training courses
To demonstrate and deliver Spa and Beauty Treatments to a standard of excellence, previous experience essential.
Excellent organisational and communicational skills.
Have a high standard of customer service experience., Previous experience in Spa facilities, qualifications to include NVQ Level 2 or above in beauty therapy or ITEC equivalent.
Should exhibit outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently, which are crucial for teamwork and independent tasks.
