OverviewBenefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Full-time Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Sephora Trafford Centre!As a Brow and Beauty Expert, your missions, will be as follows:
- Sales Goals - Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.
- Brow services - Waxing, Tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
- Teamwork- Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.
- Promotions and Special Events- Supporting both in store or external events and charity events.
- Administration- An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration.
- Hygiene and Housekeeping- You will ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
Dynamic, enthusiastic - Passion for make-up and Retail - Result-oriented, who likes a challenge - Desire to provide a unique customer experience-Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods.
