What's the role?

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about the beauty industry and would love to join our friendly team in helping to give our clients an excellent standard of service and treatment.

Working alongside a highly experienced team of senior therapists, in house training will be given to progress within the industry and to keep up with latest trends within the industry.

Working with top quality and excellent well-known brands in a modern environment you will be expected to give the highest quality professional service to our clients encouraging them to recommend and return for future treatments.

What you'll need…

• Relevant training in field of expertise (Level 3 required)
• Client service skills
• Basic sales/ recommendations skills
• Ability to empathise with clients
• Questioning skills
• Spa treatment and product knowledge
• Knowledge of and interest in a wide range of other complimentary, spa and health promoting treatments.
• Knowledge of the company philosophy and retail offer.
• A balanced, holistic approach to life and work in general, with a genuine passion for giving and receiving beneficial, health promoting treatments
