We have an opening for an additional role within our UK Privacy Risk and Compliance team. Reporting into the Data Privacy Director, this role is a great opportunity for a dynamic and passionate person to grow or further develop data privacy (GDPR/DPA) skills in a leading BPO, working with clients and internal departments to meet legislative requirements through best practise data privacy and compliance standards and controls.,

Application and ongoing maintenance of the TP Control based framework for corporate data privacy, Governance and compliance for the UK and Ireland, including but not limited to:
Incident Management
Vendor Due Diligence (oversight)
Risk identification and mitigation
Anti Money Laundering
Government Demands
Attending and supporting client bids and client due diligence (audits)

Stakeholder Management

Working knowledge of Data Privacy Regulations with a?recognized?certification or?the?ability to gain?a?recognized?Certification within the first 6 months in?the?position?
Ideally has a working knowledge of Anti Money Laundering legislation and application?
