OVERALL SUMMARYJoin TrinityBridge Operations team where you will undertake and/or oversee all of the processes and procedures within the team. Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner, and that exceptions, issues and related items are identified, escalated and resolved in a timely manner.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the accurate and timely completion of BAU activities
• Escalating issues of issues when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with team procedures and ensure that these are kept up to date
• Ensuring that system / process validation checks are implemented.
• Ensuring configuration changes are documented in line with company policy.
• Use subject matter expertise to assist with resolving complex process challenges, escalating priorities to ensure a positive client and employee experiences.
• To assist with ensuring procedures are up to date and provide technical coaching in regard to revised procedures, system enhancements or regulatory changes affecting the department.
• Suggest ways to mitigate areas of risk / exposure with the department that have been identified.
• Provide root cause analysis of significant and repetitive reconciliation breaks.
• To provide process improvements to identified opportunities within the department which could increase efficiency and enhanced client / user experience.
• To perform departmental testing when required.

• Data literate, advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Understands and follows processes
• Strong understanding of the CASS rules would be desirable
• Ability to work quickly and accurately within very tight deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and to prioritise and plan own workload.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong coaching skills
• Consistently demonstrate the Firm's Business Principles (Client, Excellence, People & Integrity).
