As a graduate trainee in Coutts Relationship Management, we'll equip you with the knowledge, skills and experiences you'll need to make a significant impact throughout your career.
Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to:
- Achieve your own track record of success by undertaking various placements across the teams that support our relationship managers and within our relationship management teams
- Quickly develop your relationship management expertise and commercial awareness
- Work alongside Relationship Managers and Specialist Advisers to see how they work together to provide world class client experiences
- Master a deep understanding of our services and specialist product knowledge
- Collaborate with our Affluent business, which includes brands such as NatWest Premier and their Investment team
- Gain unique, first-hand experience delivering relationship support and observing advice to support the diverse needs of our high-net-worth clients
- Learn how to identify business development opportunities and digital solutions
