We're looking for a Recruitment Business Partner on Temporary basis to work on-site in Coulsdon Monday to Friday 8am - 1pm A day in the life of a Recruitment Business Partner at Guidant Global includes… Working in a delivery focused role handling vacancies and relationships across various business areas so a specific client ensuring the recruitment process runs seamlessly and be on hand to provide excellent recruitment expertise! Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Service relationship development and management across key customer stakeholders and suppliers
• Development of best practice and knowledge share across client.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the account, including the requisition fulfilment process and talent expert liaising with hiring communities.
  
  You will need experience within a recruitment role (ideally transport recruitment) and have great relationship management experience. You will be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, as well as able to pick up new systems quickly and effectively. You will also have a real passion for maintaining relationships and be an ambassador for Guidant Global.
