Full Job Description

Vida are delighted to be partnering with a truly global manufacturing organisation seeking a new HR lead for their UK operation.
US owned, the business manufactures and distributes in the UK to a wide range of large multi-national customers
The role of HR is critical to the support of an incredibly loyal work force, but is also key to the next phase of development of the business, driving change and cultural evolution.
We are seeking to attract the following

+ A proven senior HR Lead /Manager with experience of working in a global business
+ Track record of working in a manufacturing environment which is unionised
+ Experience of changing and developing a culture where there is longevity of tenure
+ Track record of driving change and supporting colleagues at all levels
+ Strong communication skills across a UK business but also international HR team
+ Leadership experience - small team to develop and grow
+ Hands on approach couple with an ability to drive and create HR strategy
