Pay Rate: £46,000 to £50,000 (Dependent on Experience) Grade: K Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm Location: Stafford - ST18 9AR DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a EU Operator to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• The Operations Manager is responsible for maximising the weekly, monthly and annual performance of the CDS site at Stafford , by providing leadership, a focus on customer requirements, effective operational performance, a motivated workforce and succession planning.
• They are also responsible for managing our 4 satellite ecom operations, based in Stafford, Avonmouth, Wakefield & Doncaster. Ensuring the delivery of a high quality and efficient process for the operation which delivers 100% service to the customer through efficient management of available resources
• Responsible for planning, scoping and overall delivery of Contract improvement programmes, working with the General Manager and other members of the senior team to improvecustomer experience at Stafford.
• To take operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation or section of the operation for the site and the customer(s)
