We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Graduate to join us on a 3 year rotational graduate scheme starting September 2025. Our graduate schemes are all about creating our future leaders. The role is hybrid and you'll be amongst our amazing team 3 days per week at our Morley office, working remotely for the other 2 days. Interested? • You'll rotate around our Finance teams where you'll work on business priorities and improvement projects.
• You'll get involved in different areas from accounting, commercial finance, business partnering, financial planning, analysis, and business intelligence.
• You'll be hands on producing monthly and weekly management reports as well as carrying out a variety of other analysis and support work for the broader finance team and wider business.
• You'll be nurtured as part of the EVRi Emerging Talent Development programme with a business mentor provided to support you on your journey with us.
• You'll have the support of a graduate "head of year" and mentors / buddies from across finance.
• As well as learning on-the-job, you'll study for a level 7 CIMA qualification. We'll support you by paying for your exam fees and giving you study leave where you'll gain the skills and experience you need to enjoy a rewarding career as an accountant and beyond!
  
  A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline.
• We do not accept exemptions.
• A minimum Grade B (5/6) in Maths and English GCSEs.
• Great communication skills and the ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships with a diverse team of people.
• A full UK driving license as some travel may be required in this role between EVRi and client sites.
