Full Job Description
- Manage the delivery of services to meet agreed specifications and service standards, both qualitatively and financially
- Coordinate and direct activities across all service lines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the client organisation
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure effective stock and asset control
- Lead, develop, and motivate your team to achieve high standards of service delivery
Proven experience managing a team to deliver high-quality service - Excellent client and customer relationship management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- IT literate and financially astute
- IOSH Managing Safely certification
