Full Job Description
- Strategic liaison between stakeholders & supply chain, ensuring FM service delivery aligns and supports business strategies
- Working alongside the FM Business Support team proactively delivering management information, tailoring innovation to support business strategies and preparing and delivering review packs
- Drive operational excellence of the supply chain throughout the wider FM delivery
- Geographically aligned with supply chain partners' Regional Operations Managers, travelling between applicable sites to ensure FM presence is visible to stakeholders
- Actively contribute to and drive Energy performance, working towards stretch targets and seeking innovative solutions for our customers
- Ensuring customer feedback is sought and acted upon through the feedback process
- Working alongside the Risk & Compliance Manager and the wider SHE network, contribute to assurance processes to ensure a safe and compliant estate
- Responsible for managing the cost profile for their property portfolio, including financial forecasting, budget setting and engaging with the wider finance team
- Ownership of forward plans with a view to providing a joined up approach to a strategic property/estate plan that is agreed by all applicable stakeholders i.e. RE&I, stakeholders, Security
Experience of general Facilities Management, including Hard & Soft disciplines - Ability to build and grow relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong supply chain management skills
- Safety qualified such as IOSH (or equivalent) Desirable:
- Energy & Utilities awareness
- Robust knowledge of QSHE requirements
- NEBOSH Qualified (Diploma)
