In addition, you will use your skills and experience in agile methodologies and drive the modernisation of our product management practices. What makes you Redgate's next Group Product Manager?
- You'll have prior experience acting in a successful leadership or management role, providing a confident, and clear product/solution area vision.
- You'll have experience translating vision and strategy to plans and goals, and inspiring cross-functional teams to succeed with these, achieving commercial outcomes.
You'll be customer-centric, with experience in leading initiatives to improve customers' outcomes. - You'll have evidence of building high-trust relationships with senior managers, direct reports, and development teams.
- You'll have experience working within an agile environment, including SCRUM and Kanban, and demonstrated advocacy of lean Product Management techniques.
- You'll have significant experience collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support collective go-to-market success.
- You'll be enthusiastic, and credible when talking to customers, with proven effectiveness working with senior decision-makers.
- You'll have a strong understanding of Redgate's Database Deployment market and how this is evolving, combined with real-world, hands-on experience working with database solutions.
- You'll have demonstrable experience of successful cross-team and peer collaboration and balancing business and organizational needs.
- You'll have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain and translate complex needs/concepts into clear and effective plans that are understood by the intended audience.
