As well as working with business partners to achieve an effective and cohesive approach to service delivery and development, you will be part of a team that develops and delivers the business development strategy. You will work closely with our bid team to deliver growth through competitive tenders, and support colleagues to achieve organic growth, and housing providers to secure high-quality accommodation where we can provide services for people with complex needs.

Are you a dynamic and experienced Business Development Professional with a passion for identifying opportunities for new business and delivering growth? Do you excel at building strong relationships and have a track record of bringing people together?, You will be driven with the tenacity and passion to succeed. You will have the ability to collaborate with people at all levels of the organisation and have great interpersonal skills. Ideally you will have experience in social care or operational service delivery as well as significant demonstrable business development experience. You will be an expert in understanding the markets we work in, identifying product range and promotional marketing activity. Key Skills & Experiences:

• Project Management experience is essential with the ability to manage and oversee multiple projects at any one time
• Proven successful track record in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Have strong marketing and sales skills, and bring with you commercial acumen
• Strong communication and excellent presentation skills
• Ability to travel to locations across England, Wales and NI when required
