Full Job Description
- Lead the discovery and analysis of business needs across workstreams, ensuring alignment with the programme's strategic goals.
- Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories and process maps that support automation, AI integration, and system optimisation.
- Collaborate with service leads, developers, and project managers to design and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Support the development of business cases and benefit realisation plans, ensuring that proposed changes are evidence-based and deliver measurable value.
- Contribute to the governance and prioritisation of the programme backlog, using tools such as Azure DevOps to manage change requests and track progress
- Assist in the development and delivery of automations and technology solutions to improve ways of working across Children's Services.
Proven experience in business analysis within a digital transformation or technology-enabled change environment. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work with data and translate insights into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as process mapping, user story development, and Agile delivery.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Experience working with platforms such as Liquidlogic, Synergy, or Assyst.
- Understanding of public sector service delivery, particularly in children's services or education.
- Knowledge of AI, automation, or digital service design principles.
