An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Inventory Team Leader to take charge in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll bring advanced Excel skills, solid WMS knowledge (ideally DLX/Red Prairie), and a sharp eye for detail - all while leading a team and ensuring clear, consistent communication across the site.,

Support in deliverance of SLAs and KPIs in line with contract requirements, calling out any potential risks
Create/improve/maintain all logs, files, spreadsheets, SOPs
System checks, alignment of order to warehouse management systems, and system to off system data
Cycle count management, manual order maintenance and oversight
Support of stock and finance investigation queries along with audits and data collection/provision
Undertake special projects, provide statistics and reports as required

A proven track record of successfully leading operational teams in a fast-paced warehouse setting is essential, preferably within an inventory-focused operation
Experience with using warehouse management systems, ideally DLX/ Red Prairie
Experience in inventory/stock control within a warehouse environment is essential
Previous administration experience with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and competent with using all other MS Office applications
Outstanding attention to detail
Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams daily

This is a full-time, permanent, position working on an any 5 out of 7 days shift pattern, between the hours of 10:00 - 18:00., We're looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000 per annum, and 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
