Full Job Description
- Leading the national planning team on operational delivery of gas compliance servicing and repairs, ensuring services are delivered in line with regulatory requirements, KPIs, and SLAs, while maintaining a high-quality, cost-effective and customer-focused approach
- Enhance customer satisfaction and engagement by embedding a customer-first culture across the gas planning team, aligning service delivery with Sanctuary's values and strategic objectives
- Champion operational excellence and compliance by benchmarking against industry best practices, leading improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of learning and accountability
- Manage the coordination and maintenance of strong working relationships with internal delivery teams, compliance leads, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement
Recent experience in a similar role managing planning and scheduling functions within a gas compliance or property maintenance environment - Significant experience in delivering high-quality, customer-focused services within a regulated environment, ensuring safety and compliance
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage KPIs and deliver service improvements
- Proven knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and good practice
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.
