Full Job Description
- The development and implementation of procedures relating to administrative governance, contracts, finance and quality assurance to meet the business needs of the school
- Monitor school budgets effectively and efficiently, within a devolved area of responsibility
- Working with the school management team, co-ordinate the data and document submission requirements to meet the school's planning and regulatory requirements with the academic cycle, across a range of programme development and business themes
Experience of working in a relevant senior administrative, organisational role, either in Higher Education or within a health, medical or social care organisation - Successful experience of working collaboratively to reconcile the needs of different stakeholders via a diverse range of communication methods, developing and maintaining effective external networks and working relationships
- Strong problem solving skills with demonstrable ability to develop and evaluate systems and procedures, and to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively
- Experience in finance, contract and quality assurance work would be an advantage
