• Building our Marine Leisure proposition, identifying opportunities and risks
• Managing and leading a Marine Leisure portfolio underwritten via delegated authority, including providing detailed portfolio analysis
• Coaching colleagues to understand the specifics of the sector
• Managing and overseeing an MGA relationship
• Driving data-led insights to inform underwriting strategy and decision-making
  
  Experience and expertise in the Marine Leisure sector
• ACII Qualified or commitment to achieve within an agreed timescale
• Proven portfolio management experience or underwriting within a delegated authority/MGA environment
• Good relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Resilience to help establish the new sector in a specialist insurer
