As the Chief Architect, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the overall architectural integrity of our systems, ensuring that all solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Your role will involve setting architectural standards, evaluating emerging technologies, and mentoring technical teams to ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in system architecture, a deep understanding of modern technology stacks, and a proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. What You Will Do:
- Define and maintain the overall architectural vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Lead the design and review of complex systems and solutions.
- Establish architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.

- Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural decisions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Oversee the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software or systems architecture.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
- Expertise in modern technology stacks and architectural patterns.
- Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven leadership and people management experience at a senior level.
