ISSKey Account DirectorLocation: Derby, DE22 3NEHours of work: 37.5Contract Type: PermanentThis role is INTERNAL ONLY and at present we are not accepting external applications. If you are external and apply, your application will not be considered at this time.The Key Account Director will act as the primary point of contact for the client, overseeing all strategic and tactical aspects of the contract to ensure ISS maintains a sustainable and successful long-term partnership.Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for ensuring operational delivery meets contractual obligations while identifying and managing opportunities for contract development, growth, and retention.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Account Development Plan, managing key stakeholders
- Lead delivery of Soft and Hard FM services, ensuring contract compliance
- Manage client relationships and drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Oversee staffing, resource balance, and team development
- Monitor financial performance, reporting, and risk mitigation to optimise profitability
- Drive sales opportunities and focus on customer retention
- Provide leadership to Site Managers, ensuring compliance with policies and budget control
Hard FM and Soft FM experience required. - Experience working in a Mental Health Hospital would be ideal.
