This position involves assisting the Southwark Cleaning management team in organizing and coordinating resources for effective service operations. It includes analyzing data for service delivery improvements, maintaining IT systems, and managing statistical information related to service requests and failures. You will directly handle complaints and queries, develop crew schedules, undertake improvement projects, and assist with budgetary control.
