This post is Fixed term/Secondment for12 months to meet the needs of the service. Do you have senior-level product management experience and the ability to demonstrate this in a complex, multidisciplinary environment? Are you passionate about making a difference? We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Digital, Data, and Technology service . In this role, you will represent the project from implementation through to business as usual. You will serve as a product expert for all multidisciplinary teams across the health board, ensuring that decision-making processes are supported by the timely provision of information and expert advice and analysis across various areas. • Leading the identification of new opportunities within your area of expertise.
• Liaising with senior managers across the organisation to communicate how product developments can support more effective patient care.
• Representing the department as the product expert, ensuring decision-making is supported by timely information and analysis.
  
  The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
