You'll contribute significantly to business management and coordination across leadership forums. You'll also play a key role in oversight coordination across leadership forums. You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, providing proactive, high-level support to multiple senior leaders. From managing complex diaries to coordinating strategic meetings, your work will help shape the success of the directorate. You'll be part of a close-knit team that delivers seamless executive support across the leadership group. While you'll have dedicated leaders to support day-to-day, flexibility is key, as you'll also step in to assist others as needed, ensuring continuity and excellence across the board., Duties include but are not limited to:
- Executive Support: Managing diaries and inboxes, coordinating travel, preparing agendas and papers, and handling logistics for high-level meetings and visits.

- Governance & Secretariat: Providing secretariat support for PPD SLT meetings and other key sessions, including notetaking, and action tracking.
- Cross-Government Collaboration: Building strong relationships across departments to keep directors well-informed and connected.
- Process Guidance: Researching and advising on procedures to ensure leaders follow the correct protocols. Working pattern Due to the business requirements of this role, it is only available on a full-time basis. However, compressed hours are available. Travel Occasional travel to other Home Office locations for meetings/events may be required.
