As a Customer Delivery Manager you will maximise the efficiency and delivery of the optimum customer satisfaction targets output, by planning for the future and adapting to change requirements and leading a successful team and ensuring a quality Customer service. The role is to also work with the Customer Contact Centre Manager and other Customer Delivery Mangers to set the framework and parameters for the management of the Contact Centre Operations and personnel within your teams and be the lead on Welfare provision.What we're looking for

• Higher degree in a business management or another relevant subject or equivalent (essential)
• Certified Call Centre Manager (e.g. CCCM) or equivalent qualification in Complaints management with proven track record
• Demonstrate leadership skills, and proven ability to develop team to drive their personal and business growth (essential)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (essential)
• Using your analytical skills as the manager, to align your contact centre processes with your vision which should be linked to wider organisational targets (essential)
• Experience of effective conflict resolution (essential)
• Strong planning and organising skill to think bigger picture (essential)
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics (desirable)
• Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures (desirable)
• A pragmatic, common-sense attitude (desirable)
• Experience of incident management (desirable)
