We're looking for a driven and collaborative Digital Growth Manager to join our international Digital team and help accelerate growth across BHN EMEA. In this key role, you'll ensure new accounts are onboarded smoothly and set up for long-term success, while working closely with the Account Management team to identify high-impact opportunities, engage with key stakeholders, and deepen our understanding of the market landscape. To thrive in this role, you'll need a strong background in the Gaming and/or Prepaid industries, bringing valuable insights and experience that will help shape our strategy and execution. Your contribution will be vital in unlocking new growth avenues and strengthening our presence across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead Partner Onboarding: Oversee technical setup, content approvals, and internal coordination to ensure smooth and timely launches.
- Drive Account Growth: Manage and grow partner accounts with clear strategic plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Uncover Growth Opportunities: Support Account Managers in identifying untapped potential and new partnership prospects.
- Shape Strategic Plans: Collaborate with partners to develop long-term strategies that boost revenue and engagement.
- Leverage Market Insights: Stay ahead of trends in digital vouchers, gaming, and gift cards, working closely with the global gaming team to propose innovative solutions.
- Strengthen Brand Relationships: Build strong, lasting partnerships to unlock co-marketing, upselling, and exclusive opportunities.
Qualifications
- Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital vouchers, gaming, gift cards, and/or payments sectors.
- Analytical & Growth-Focused: Data-driven mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and propose practical solutions.
- Excellent Communicator: Builds strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt plans when needed.
- Ownership & Accountability: Takes initiative, follows through, and delivers results with a sense of responsibility.
