As Navigator Global scales it's global footprint, we're hiring a talented and passionate Market Activation Lead. The role holder will be working closely with Head of SME Engagement & Activity to ensure we have relevant types and number of global events per sector/per market, developing connectivity agendas through VTM's, TM's, Meet the Buyer, Webinars & other key initiatives for bilateral and global trade flows for our ecosystem markets. They will work closely with the Ecosystem Development Directors and the Senior Leadership Team to execute the strategic vision of the in-country resource and effectively manage the contribution of the third-party relationships. The difference you'll make:

• Work closely with the in-country resource to identify and manage market risks and new market opportunities.
• Execute the vision of the in-country resource, supporting with the creation and co-ordination of all front facing platform collateral.
• Completion of packs, reports and MI for the team in relation to the activities, opportunities and pipeline of each market.
• Support the Ecosystem Development Directors to develop the regional eco-systems, conducting necessary administration and governance work as and when required. by country resource
• Supporting with the creation and co-ordination of all front-facing platform collateral (inc. events, content pieces and provider / solution upload).
• Shared responsibility to support the development of the Navigator Global proposition and global eco-system.
• Develops a good understanding of international trade and keeps abreast of the wider economic and business environment.
  
  Recent experience of working in international trade environment.
• Extensive experience of organising and delivering global events such as VTM's, TM's, Meet the Buyer, Webinars & other key initiatives for bilateral and global trade.
• Fully proficient and experienced in Microsoft suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
• An understanding of commercial banking products and how these can be used to promote international trade.
• Entrepreneurial in style - recognizing market opportunities and delivering with pace and urgency to achieve stretching goals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
It would also be nice for you to have:
• Open to travel internationally.
• Fluent in English and at least one other language.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills.
• Excellent business analysis skills to identify the best outcomes and solve problems in time critical manner.
