We are seeking a strategic and inspiring Divisional Manager to lead our Medical Specialties Division, following the retirement of a long-standing and highly respected postholder. This is a critical leadership role at the heart of the organisation, and we are beginning the recruitment process early to ensure the very best appointment. You'll lead a broad portfolio of services including Outpatients, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Care of the Elderly, Respiratory Medicine, Clinical Pharmacology, Nephrology, Diabetes, Endocrinology, Medical Photography and Cardiology, working closely with clinical directors and senior operational teams. The division plays a key role in our elective recovery, service transformation, integration and innovation agenda.
We are also seeking a strong operational leader to join our Surgical Specialties Division, covering services such as orthopaedics, urology, thoracic surgery, and head and neck surgery as well as management of the Trust's Westmoreland Street Hospital.
