We are pleased to be recruiting an Operational Support Officer for Secured Services, with a focus on supporting the expansion of our Prisons portfolio of services over a 2 year period due to time limited funding.Operating as an integral and embedded member of the turnaround team, the Operational Support Officer is responsible for the operational management of non - clinical activity within Secured Services, and specifically the turnaround team.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will play a pivotal role as we bring new Secured Services into team NHFT. This role will be critical in ensuring delivery of the Trust's mission of "We make a difference together". Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Secured and Specialist CDP and turnaround team, the post holder will provide business and operational support to the Specialist and Secure Directorate, including responsibility for managing and maintaining a range of information systems and processes across the directorate, assist in developing and driving business plans and manage, develop, implement and monitor policies & protocols across a range of services.About usNHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community.
