We're looking for a dynamic Quality Assurance Officer to help elevate our Residential, Education, and Day Services to new heights. This is more than a compliance role - it's a chance to shape the future of care for individuals with complex needs.,
- Ensuring Compliance: Partner with the Quality Assurance Manager to uphold regulatory, legislative, and internal standards across all services.
- Driving Improvement: Lead audits, evaluate performance, and implement action plans that foster excellence.
- Engaging Stakeholders: Collaborate with people we support, families, and professionals to gather insights and spark positive change.
- Supporting Leadership: Guide service leads in governance, audits, and compliance systems to ensure consistent quality.
- Training & Development: Co-create and deliver impactful training that builds a culture of empowerment and inclusivity.
- Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Champion safeguarding policies and promote a safe, person-centered environment.
