We are looking for a Heating Compliance Manager! Salary: £35,000 per year + Monthly Bonus Incentives Location: Phoenix Way, Swansea Enterprise Park, SA7 9HZ Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday Role Type: Office-basedAbout This RoleAt Consumer Energy Solutions (CES), we're on a mission to reduce carbon emissions and lower household energy bills. We install a wide range of heating solutions-including Air Source Heat Pumps and hybrid systems-and provide our customers with a comprehensive service and maintenance plan.Our team of qualified heating engineers is committed to delivering outstanding service and handling maintenance requests quickly and effectively. To support them, we are seeking a skilled Heating Compliance Manager to oversee daily operations, drive compliance, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

  • Review Quality Assurance (QA) reports and investigate highlighted issues.
  • Challenge invalid fails or create a 'Scope of Works' to remediate valid ones.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure company compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Conduct audits to evaluate compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Deliver compliance training for employees and management.
  • Monitor and investigate compliance issues and potential violations.
  • Stay up to date with changes in industry regulations and legislation.
  • Communicate compliance-related issues and concerns to management.
  • Collaborate with QA, planning, and other departments to maintain best practices.
  • Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Foster and maintain a strong culture of compliance within the organisation.

  • Experience in a similar managerial role (essential)
  • Experience with heating systems (beneficial)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of ASHPs and heating systems
  • Strong IT skills (MS Excel, reporting tools, etc.)
  • Confidence in overseeing multiple maintenance operations daily
