Service Manager - Specialist Care Location: Llanelli, South Wales Salary: Up to A£49,440 DOE Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week A leading UK charity is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead one of its specialist care services in Llanelli. The organisation supports individuals recovering from complex brain injuries, delivering life-changing neurorehabilitation through a dedicated, multidisciplinary team. The Role The Service Manager will take full responsibility for the operational and strategic leadership of the service, ensuring excellent standards of care, staff development, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a skilled team across disciplines
• Driving service quality, performance, and outcomes
• Managing budgets and operational planning
• Championing person-centred care and recovery-focused support
• Building relationships with referrers and external partners
What They're Looking For
• Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Strong background in residential or clinical service management
• Experience working within regulatory frameworks
• Confident leader, able to motivate teams and manage change
• Skilled in budget oversight, performance management, and stakeholder engagement
