As our Operations Officer, you will support the delivery of key Port Health functions by maintaining and developing operational systems, providing advice and support to customers and stakeholders, managing accounts and invoices, and ensuring accurate recording and processing of statistical information. Key responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Create visually appealing, accurate, and user-friendly dashboards tailored to business needs
Regularly update and refine dashboards based on team feedback
Supporting team members to analyse data to uncover trends, insights, and actionable recommendations for various departments within the firm
Maintaining and developing Port Health systems, including PHILIS, PHILIS Mobile and IPAFFS.
Delivering training and support to staff on operational systems.
Managing agents' and importers' accounts and producing invoices and statements.
