Full Job Description
About the RoleAs New Homes Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the delivery of our pre-tenancy, end-of-tenancy, allocations and lettings services. You'll ensure our homes are let fairly and consistently, with the customer at the heart of every decision. You'll also play a key role in shaping our housing strategy, developing local partnerships, and driving continuous improvement across the service. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of New Homes Coordinators and Voids Administration Officers.
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-centred New Homes service aligned with Bron Afon's values and corporate plan.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships to support sustainable housing solutions.
- Oversee performance frameworks to recognise excellence and address underperformance.
- Ensure services are intelligence-led, responsive to customer needs, and future-ready.
- Collaborate across teams to improve property management practices and governance.
