Full Job Description
We are hiring for an experienced governance professional with demonstrable experience advising senior staff and Boards on governance matters, including relevant legislation, regulations and governing documents. You will be an experienced strategic professional with significant experience in an advisory or operational role, and a proven track record of leading, participating in, and promoting cross-organisational team working. You will have a proven track record of leading and contributing to strategic and annual planning processes in an NGO or other comparable organisation. You will be an excellent communicator, with strong research and report-writing skills and the ability to support others to communicate effectively. You should be proactive, diplomatic, tactful, and customer-focused, with the ability to understand, demonstrate, and apply MAG's organisational values.
