Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our Hotel in Weston-Super-Mare. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and operational expertise. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are key for interacting with guests, staff, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, implement effective policies, manage budgets, and coordinate with all departments to ensure exceptional service.
