In this role, you will act as a key leader for battery technologies within the Operations team, running a team of Process Leaders, Team Leaders and associates within the production facility at the EPMC. The Senior Process Leader will not only manage the team, but will also be responsible for fostering team work and continuous improvement, acting as a role model for the creators Code values, and leading the SQDCPE agenda for the area. Own daily, weekly, and monthly shift performance reporting, providing clear insights and report out to senior management
Prioritise and coordinate operational activities on a shift by shift basis to ensure seamless production flow
Lead, coach, and develop Shift Process Leaders to consistently achieve SQDCPE objectives
Ensure robust problem solving and corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence and enhance process reliability
Lead constraint management across the value stream, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to eliminate inefficiencies
Ensure the area operates in full alignment with Global Manufacturing System (GMS) principles and standards
Apply Quality Operating System (QOS) methodologies to deliver benchmark performance and drive operational discipline.
