Full Job Description
You will bring vision, resilience, and a commitment to upholding Edge Hill's values during this interim period.Key Priorities for the Interim Period
- Ensure continuity of leadership post-retirement of the current Dean.
- Provide strategic direction and maintain Faculty alignment with university ambitions.
- Lead operational effectiveness initiatives to deliver faculty-wide efficiencies without compromising quality.
- Drive Faculty contributions to enhancing the student experience and improving NSS outcomes.
- Support colleagues and students through change with empathy, clarity, and visible leadership.
- Strengthen external relationships and maintain compliance with PSRBs and regulatory bodies. - Strong understanding of the external policy and funding landscape impacting health and social care education and research.
