Postgraduate degree or equivalent from a premier B-school with proven work experience in research or professional services.
Exceptional attention to detail and project ownership.
Drive consultative discussions with stakeholders to suggest solutions.
Comfortable with ambiguity and hypothesis-driven problem solving.
Strong exposure to one or more industries. Familiarity with operating structures, strategic frameworks, regulations, and industry dynamics.
Exceptional business writing and communication skills. Ability to distill complex information into concise narratives for executive audience.
Strong storyboarding and visualization skills. Adhere to email etiquette in written communication.
Confidently articulate ideas in client calls. Present findings and engage senior leadership effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with research tools (Refinitiv, Capital IQ, Factiva, EMIS, etc.).
Exposure to Gen AI tools and experience in prompt engineering is an advantage.
Client-service exposure or experience working directly with senior leadership is preferred.
