To develop from Electrical Improver role to a Qualified and Competent Electrician:
- Completion of the relevant college and course work.
- Compliance with Health and Safety and Company Policy.
- Industrial Installation, Inspection and Testing of electrical systems and associated disciplines.
- As part of your ongoing development we would expect the following within achievable targets:
- Learn to be the best electrician you can be (we will help you).
- Do the jobs you have been trained to do.
- Gold Card - trying to complete your NVQ Level 3, or get a start, but you can't get the experiences required. We can help, as this is the work we do.
Skills/Qualifications
- C&G Level 3 or equivalent
- Good work attitude with a can-do outlook, troubleshooting, problem solving.
- Minimum level is C&G Level 3 or equivalent and TWO years practical experience.
- You must be able to drive and have a full clean driving license.
- For insurance reasons you must be at least 21 to drive the company vehicles.
