Full Job Description
This is an electrically biased role focused on fault finding, repairs, installations, and general maintenance, all to provide a world-class engineering service in a modern and well-equipped environment., Carry out electrical PPM, reactive and proactive tasks within agreed timeframes.
Support building services maintenance, including HVAC, mechanical and fabric tasks.
Provide out-of-hours callout response as per the rota.
Manage and monitor contractors; issue and oversee Permits to Work.
Ensure compliance with performance standards, H&S, risk assessments, and COSHH.
Maintain accurate records and complete all administrative tasks on time.
Proactively engage with clients and suggest service improvements.
AM1 and AM2 certifications are essential.
Inspection & Testing (2394/5), JIB card, IPAF/PASMA preferred.
Full UK Driving Licence required.
Strong background in electrical maintenance, fault finding, and installations.
Experience in FM or commercial building services is essential.
