Location: Bradford

Salary: £16.00 per hour (PAYE, negotiable based on experience) + holiday pay

SWIFT Temps Ltd - Engineering Division is recruiting for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner to join a long established manufacturer in Bradford

Key Responsibilities

Construct and assemble high-quality custom joinery, furniture, and exhibition stands based on technical drawings.
Perform on-site modifications and adjustments to ensure perfect fit and finish.
Work on shop-fitting projects and commercial installations.
Fabricate solid surfaces as required.
Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications.
Maintain high standards of workmanship at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in high-quality bench joinery or furniture making (2-3 years).
NVQ qualification in joinery, or equivalent experience.
Exceptional carpentry and joinery skills with a keen eye for detail.
Solid surface fabrication experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Working Hours Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 4:30pm

Overtime Sat - half day
