The Fire Stopper will be expected to:

• Install fire barriers, fire wraps, fire collars, and intumescent materials to seal gaps and penetrations in walls and floors.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, fire-stopping schematics, and work orders.
• Work effectively with site managers, surveyors, and other trades to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship while adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Complete job records and documentation accurately.
  
  The Fire Stopper will be required to have the following
• NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection or equivalent qualification.
• IPAF, Leading EDGE & PASMA are desirbale for the Fire Stopper role.
• Proven experience in fire stopping and passive fire protection.
• The Fire Stopper will need to have the ability to use hand tools and fire-stopping materials effectively.
• Good understanding of relevant fire safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
